However, should you decide you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund, within 30 days of the purchase date, less a 15% return fee. You will also be responsible for shipping fees. We recommend that you ship via a traceable method.
Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-360-0988 to obtain a return authorization number prior to mailing. Failure to obtain a return authorization number will result in the refusal of the returned merchandise.
FREE ITEM WITH PURCHASE. Should you choose to return your Ultimate Living purchase for which you received a "FREE ITEM WITH PURCHASE", and the free item is unreturnable, such as a signed, personalized book, you will be charged full price for the non-returnable free item. Example: If you received a free, personalized, book with your Ultimate Living purchase, you will be charged full price for the book should you choose to return the other products. All other return policies apply in the instance as well.
